Ryan Eichler brings extensive real estate and commercial law experience to WeCare, having worked with a leading institutional landlord and an internationally recognized BigLaw firm. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases across the U.S. and Canada, securing favorable terms that align with clients’ long-term goals.

Deeply committed to the WeCare mission, Ryan takes pride in setting clients and their businesses up for success. Known for his pragmatic, creative, and results-driven approach, he combines legal expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver exceptional service. Beyond leading WeCare’s leasing practice, Ryan oversees the company’s legal affairs, ensuring compliance across all operations.

He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Quebec Bar. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is an avid tennis player and golfer.
