Kaz leads WeCare’s Asset Management practice delivering real estate investment structuring, underwriting, due diligence, financing, investor relations, and asset management services. The Asset Management team at WeCare provides financial and asset management expertise to healthcare practitioners looking to grow and manage their real estate portfolio.

Kaz brings over 20 years of experience in finance, having worked with Canadian and US real estate in all aspects of the capital cycle for investment funds and real estate development. He has worked with all major real estate asset classes in senior roles for firms such as Forum Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, Venterra Realty, and Brookfield.

Professionally, Kaz is a CPA with an Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo.
