Justin Ditkofsky founded WeCare Practice Advisors in 2010 to help healthcare practitioners with their real estate needs. With over 10 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker specializing in healthcare providers, Justin understands the challenges of running a practice. He values his clients and provides support and education to help their practice thrive.

Justin's background in private equity, venture capital, technology, and real estate development gives him a unique perspective and dedication to his clients. At WeCare, he works with doctors in Canada and the United States, providing advice on business and commercial real estate matters. WeCare offers services such as practice start-ups, acquisitions, lease negotiations, office expansions, relocations, and general business management. Justin ensures that every client receives personalized and respectful attention.

Apart from managing WeCare, Justin is also a partner at Rhenti, a real estate technology company, and he oversees Roxborough Realty Ltd., a brokerage specializing in land assemblies and real estate development initiatives. Justin's diverse expertise and commitment to his clients ensure they are well-informed and supported in all their real estate endeavors.
